Very organized and friendly. Got our installation appointment really quick and the day of installation went smoothly. No down time at all. The guys that came here Jimmy and Nick were very pleasant and answered all our questions and did a great job. We got a brief tour of the phones and they even tested out all the parameters such as day menu, night menu and Comet app... Also love the Comet app. this will be a game changer for me as I won't be stuck to my desk phone when I am on working on Saturday's.

I'll start off by saying everything is working great now. However, we did have a rough start. We have a unique set up here with our phone system spread across 3 buildings that are not connected in any way. Some of our employees have phones and no computer so it was a challenge. But the team at Blink did not give up and kept working on it until everything was up and running as it should. The support team is excellent and very quick to respond.

So far so good with Blink voice, and we've been with them for over a month now. Like some other reviewers said, there was definitely a curve to getting our new phones set up and working, but the technicians were always very accommodating when we called. It's actually costing us about $20 more per month after taxes are applied compared to our old service provider, but we did get a few months free and the phones are very nice. Customer service is also very good. I would rate the company overall 4 stars because sometimes the process seemed a little helter skelter, but they have addressed every one of the issues very quickly and helpfully.
